300 m tall. Glass setbacks that mirror the clouds.
A mixed-use skyscraper fully opened in 2014. Stacking a department store, art museum, offices, hotel and observation deck vertically, it was designed and built by Takenaka Corporation, with design supervision by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects.
Its stepped glass exterior changes character with the light and the colour of the sky. Until Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower was completed in 2023, it was the tallest building in Japan.
